While many of our clients order electronically we do offer a comprehensive paper requisition.   Cytology, pathology, microbiology and clinical testing are all on one lab slip.  You have the ability to customize all clinical and microbiology testing on your lab slip.  We can change fonts, bold, italicize or in many ways customize your requisition.
